MyMobility Partner Program


MyMobility works with a select and committed group of partner companies. Our partners form a valuable component of our business, each offering products and services that are complimentary to our mobile solutions. We believe the partnership should add value to the overall experience that customer receives.

Partner classifications
We have assigned a three-tiered approach to our partner classifications.

Certified Partner level: Generation of quality sales leads. The partner will actively participate in the sales cycle, and MyMobility will assist every step of the way through to Mobile Solution implementation, roll-out and support. Partners earn 5% of the monthly revenue received for the period of the contract, which is typically 24 months.

Our Gold Partner level is focused on partners that have gained mobility experience and have concluded several successful deals, in conjunction with ourselves. These partners have the skills and experience to generate, manage, and conclude deals with limited assistance from the MyMobility team. Gold partners earn 7.5% of the monthly revenue for the period of the contract, which is typically 24 months.

We will also train the Gold Partners on the various Mobile Solutions, as well as the MyMobility solution framework and ensure they are knowledgeable with the variety of technology options; bearing in mind, we combine hardware (PDA device), software, various services, customer processes and bundle this into a monthly subscription.

A partner at the Implementation Partner level would manage the lifecycle of the sale through Project Scoping, Project Management, and final Implementation of the mobile solution, with very limited technical assistance from the MyMobility team.

The Implementation partner will also offer first-line support to his customers and the MyMobility team will support in a second-line capacity. This partner is one that has typically integrated our mobile solution with their software application, eg: a help-desk, CRM, ERP or any other line-of-business application. Implementation Partners have greater flexibility to negotiate a percentage of the deal value that best suites the collaborative solution offered to the customer. This revenue model would apply for the period of the contract, which is typically 24 months.

Channel partners

Software Africa
Software Africa (Communication in Action (Pty) Ltd) has been involved in the software industry since 1986. They market best of breed solutions to customers in the engineering, industrial and logistics fields. As a Proudly South African company, they look for solutions that are home grown - hence their delight in the MyMobility solution.

DVT
DVT is a provider of business systems solutions. Founded in 1999, the company has a track record of delivering integrated custom solutions. Most of these solutions are based on the Java and Microsoft technology platforms and DVT’s own .Net framework, which extends the .Net platform and provide many pre-built components.
